Pezzettino House Show
14 Oct

This crazy, wonderful lady, known to the world as Pezzettino, also known as Margaret Stutt, will be stomping her heels and tearing up her accordion in the dining room of the CakeIn15 house tonight. Minneapolis is the first stop of Miss Stutt’s fall tour, and we are excited to be hosting her and her accordion of glory. Stop by around 8 to catch the show, bring something to share for that good old speakeasy feel. If you can’t make it, log on to her website and pick up a copy of her first disc Lion (it’s accompaniment, Lamb is forthcoming) or if you need more info, message cakein15[at]gmail[dot]com.
***UPDATE***
Thanks to everybody who came out last night, for filling up the house and making it all warm and cozy for Pezzettino. It was great to have a crowd willing to drum along and provide extra percussion to work out some of this new material. Thanks to MoreCowbell.net for streaming it live (it should be archived here) and also to Radio Noir for doing a podcast with Pezzettino earlier in the day. On a sadder note, the Radio Noir guys got their front door kicked in and most of their computer gear stolen before the podcast, so keep a weather eye for suspect Craigslist posts or the like. Here are some vids from the living room for your edification if you weren’t able to come last night. Margaret heads out to Winona tonight, then to Iowa before heading out east, so head out to a show, give her a place to crash and make her cupcakes.
