Stone Arch Festival of the Arts Now Taking Applications

Hello Readers -
The time has come to start taking applications for bands/singer-songwriters/dancers/theater and any other type of family-friendly performances for this year’s Stone Arch Festival of the Arts. The Stone Arch Festival attracts around 100,000 people each year and takes place June 20 – 21 along the Minneapolis Riverfront (by St. Anthony Main). It runs 10am – 6pm both days, so if you’re a band you have plenty of time to book yourselves a night gig elsewhere if you so desire. It’s a great opportunity to showcase your band or other performance group and get your name out there.
Our major sponsors include City Pages, The Minneapolis Star Tribune, and Xcel Energy. Last year’s performers included Chris Koza, Chastity Brown, Spaghetti Western String Co., Gospel Gossip, The Absent Arch, The Wars of 1812, and Bella Koshka, among many others.

The deadline is Monday, March 30, so please apply early. Make sure to thoroughly read the application, as incomplete apps won’t be considered. If you don’t have some of the press information requested, please just note that on the application. It will not count against you.
